Pregnant and Postnatal Women
Preparing your body for childbirth and getting your body back afterwards are just some of the benefits of doing Pilates during and post pregnancy.

Sportsmen/women, Athletes
Pilates is now an established practice for most of established athletes including football champions, tennis players, runners, basket ball players, dancers, and many many more. If you are working towards specific goals Pilates will help to achieve them as well as keep injuries at bay.

Big, small, tall, short, whatever….  
You can do Pilates.  One of the great things about Pilates is that it is built around efficient, well-aligned human movement – not certain humans, all humans.

Special Populations
Seniors, children, teens as well as people with medical conditions like osteoporosis, scoliosis, arthritis, conditions of the nervous system, and other. Pilates helps with balance, flexibility, and coordination as it promotes overall fitness. It is easy to adjust the effort level required for Pilates exercises.

People with Back Pain and in Rehab
Pilates exercises are commonplace at physical therapy centres, osteopaths are recommending Pilates, and
“My back used to hurt all the time and now I don’t feel it anymore” is a phrase we hear a lot from people who do Pilates consistently.

Everyone can do Pilates
Age is no barrier when it comes to practicing Pilates, so all levels of abilities are welcome however, please consult your medical practitioner if you have any pre-determined medical conditions, prior to beginning classes.

Matwork Classes (1:15)
In a matwork class we focus on developing balance through the body, addressing general needs of the group including mobilising all joints, creating a stable centre, increasing strength as well as developing better balance and coordination. Matwork classes are ideal way of body conditioning, using your own body weight, on weekly basis, by itself or as a support for other practices.  

​You can join matwork class outright but keep in mind that matwork classes are not recommend for people with injuries that may need individual attention.

Equipment Classes (1:4)
Equipment based classes are great for: dealing with a specific problem or injury (rehabilitation), we happily work along and with an osteopath, physiotherapist and other medical professionals to reach the best and fastest results for our clients; training for a specific event; pre and post surgery; pre and post pregnancy; special populations like seniors, children, teens as well as people with medical conditions like osteoporosis, scoliosis, arthritis, conditions of the nervous system, and other.  Equipment classes are in small groups and programs are individually tailored. 

Unless you have at least 6 months of recent and regular matwork Pilates practice or have done Pilates equipment in the past you will NOT be able to join our classes outright.
Private and Semi-Private Sessions
Private sessions are probably the fastest way to achieving your Pilates goals. Having 121 attention from your teacher ensures that you get the most out of your practice in a shorter time. If you want to share your session with a friend or a family member please ask for a semi-private sessions.  ​
