Please note: Joining equipment classes for the first time requires a private induction.

Arrival protocol:
  • If you're a bit unwell but still going about your day and want to attend your class, consider using a face mask to protect other participants 
  • Arrive to class right on time to avoid waiting in the communal areas
  • Arrive dressed in your pilates clothes to avoid overcrowding in the changing areas.  We now require the use of socks. 
  •  Wash your hands on arrival if you've just used public transport
  •  Feel free to use face mask and a towel (for equipment or a mat) during class​
